Lessons Hours
Lessons are opened to all, EKDMougins is located in Mougins, at the Dojo Municipal - Complexe Sportif des Oiseaux - Avenue Notre Dame de Vie - 06250 MOUGINS - France. The dojo is just 500m away from the A8 motorway' exit Cannes, Le cannet, Grasses towards Mougins.
Members are from 6 years and a half to 60 years old !
| Lessons for 2006/2007 season will restart the Monday Septembre 4th 2006. |
| This season lessons' duration has been increased to enhance technical works and methods, thus enabling a more precised and evolved teaching. |
| During lessons the attendes are split into two groups, either by level or by type of activity. |
| In addition the advanced training, dedicated training will be organised in order to prepare member to kumite or kata contest as well as grading exams. |
