Club's presentation
L'EKDMougins club has been created 20 years ago by Michel Ricatti, it is located for more than 12 years into Mougins' Townhall Dojo, freely provided by the City Sports Department. The club is authorised by the F.F.K.A.M.A (Official French Karate Fédération) with ID n°006024.
The teaching team is made of Michel Ricatti and Laurent Chaudron.
EKDMougins recent growth has been :
- 32 members during season 97/98
- 44 members during season 98/99 (+37.5%)
- 64 members during season 99/00 (+45.5%)
- 80 members during season 00/01 (+25%)
- 88 members during season 01/02 (+10%)

Michel RICATTI - President
- Black Belt 2ndDan - National Teacher Degree (n°4471) since 1978 - Sport Teacher 2ndLevel, acknoledged by the National Education - Swimming Instructor - F.F.K.A.M.A. ligue referee.
- More than 30 years of karate training practise and teaching, taught and introduce directly by Hiroo MOCHIZUSUKI 7thDan and his assistants to the Wado-Ryu style.
- Selected for the 1rstTaekwondo World Championship in Toronto (Canada) in 1972 by Park Jon Soo 8thDan. Several participations in the french national Cups and Championships as well as other local contests.

- Black Belt 1ndDan - Federal Instructor since may 2002.
- Many years of practise and teaching
- Departmental Kumite Referee & Departemental Kata Judge.
